Hello, if using a fireTV Device, please go to Settings / applications / manage installed applications / scroll down and find your app / then FORCED STOP and **CLEAR DATA TWICE** / then click on launch application and enter new login details we sent you. Remember, your login information is "**CASE SENSITIVE**". You may also try restarting your modem and checking your internet connection. Please do this for each app/device you're using.
